Sunday Day 8. Augsburg to Landsberg

Looks like its going to be a beautiful day. 55° at 8:35. Sunny with a few clouds. 34 miles today. all up hill but slowly. we are to stop after the first hour at a spot that will be serving a sausage and beer the sausage is a traditional "Weisworst" or white sausage with a story. Something about the chef sending the helper to get sausage casing but he came back with the wrong type. The chef worried about his sausage exploding over the open fire, steamed them instead. It became a huge hit to the point that we are talking about it now after many many years. (maybe 200) Today is Laura and George's 40 wedding anniversary. Congratulations!

Well it happens to everyone every once and a while. Breakfast today just didn't sit right. Over the whole ride I felt like I was going to throw up. I did however finish the ride. I went right to bed when we got to the hotel and skipped dinner. One million trips to the bathroom and 6 bottles of water, Im feeling much better. im sure I will be ready to ride in the morning the hilliest ride of the 10 day trip!
