Day 24 Our last full day in Europe
We had an early start with a small breakfast in hotel. Coffee, yogurt and croissant. After last nights dinner it didn't take much to feel satisfied.
My plan was to head out alone to look atound and take photos.
Cloudy and almost cold. A huge difference from the day before yesterday back in Southern Greece.
After a rest day in our Hotel getting ready to go home, We headed back to our favorite restaurant for one last visit.
Restaurant 1741 is always a pleasure. We love being there.The staff recognizes us and always greets us with a ,"Good Evening!"
Tonight the Lobster was a huge hit! Every tiny bit was magnificent! Always to be expected but at the same time, a Giant surprise! As dinner came to a close,
I asked if we couldn't please bring some of their delicious bread home with us. Getting in late Friday night would not give us time to be prepared for "toast" with Molly and Jake.
I wasn't going to say anything, but Barbara told the whole story.
The Chef was amused and said there would be a package waiting for us at the front door!
