Day 3 The weather has broken.

We started our day after daylight. That's around 8:00 am here in North West Spain. Breakfast at our favorite spot right across the street from our hotel. Coffee always comes with cake. today it was chocolate. My breakfast was what they call "The American" Two eggs Sunny side up, toast, bacon, and one Pancake. It's perfect. Barbara just had coffee.
Our plan for the rest of the day was to go around town in the morning and return to our friends restaurant for lunch. I needed to and make an appointment with the barbarer,who I have visited once a year. A much needed haircut! I headed back to our hotel to work on photos and get ready to walk to lunch. Always a huge production! Going with the plan, we arrived one hour early. So much for planning. We hung out and decided to go to a Cafe to wait. Good choice, A beer, followed by Tapas, possibly the best Cassoulet I have ever had. Very light and full of flavor. Small enough to not ruin our lunch. We got to the restaurant perfectly on time and was greeted at the door by Chef Martin. Always a pleasure! He takes care of us in every detail. He has in his head everything in perfect order as to what we will eat.
